It is an "Ambiano" Model number XJ-14709C1, article-no. 96686 Digital Food Dehydrator, Purchased from Aldi,

it is 70mm space for spool so SHOULD fit most filament spools

I do not have a printer that will print this and am waiting on a friend who commissioned this design to print and validate the file.

V.2 added, upper ring is 2mm larger diameter to better fit the ring above.
