Desktop DIY Arcade Controller 4-button

There's plenty of DIY arcade controllers on Thingiverse but I made my own to fit my requirements:

* Fits my 250mm print bed
* 4-button Neo-Geo style layout
* Mount for zero-delay encoder
* Fits Suzo Happ buttons for wood CP (this is why it's so tall)
* Mount for a somewhat off brand joystick (see the arrangement of 4 screws)
