DeWalt DWE7492 zero clearance table saw insert

Adapted JiltedGeek's amazing Dewalt table saw insert design and transformed it into a zero clearance plate. Therefore, i added to the gap where the blade goes through a 3mm thick layer. I also removed some of the support geometry to have better access screwing the plates together (the outer screw is almost impossible to drive in, due to limited space)
