The adapter was designed by Volzotan, I only modified it.

Glue the E-mount Flange to the InnerRing, place the plastic lens in the SingleLens-Focus ring and screw it tight with one of the three aperture lens nuts.
The lens nut with the largest hole ist f/11, the middle f/16 and the smallest is f/22.
I use f/22 because it's the sharpest.
You only need supports for the SingleLens-FocusRing.
