DividingHead Encoder mount

I hooked the Vertex 200mm dividing head to my DRO. With this timing belt setup, the 5000PPR encoder gives 0.005 degree resolution. The encoder can be plugged to the DRO with no settings configuration, to temporarily replace a 5 micron linear scale. Then the DRO linear hole pattern function can be used as indexing plates, when machining spurgears and pulleys, etc. Timing belt is HTD-3M, 9mm wide, 480mm/160Z, Pulleys 72 and 20 Z. The encoder is Pepperl+Fuchs RVI58N-044ABR66N-05000. I CNC-milled the parts from 6mm aluminium sheet, but 3D printing could be used as well.
