DNA Atomic Structure

This is an atomic protein structure that I can't get to print right.
Essentially, on the first few layers the spheres loose contact with the dissolvable filament I have as support and from there the next layers don't have a surface to print from. I want to print it as a whole piece I know we could slice in in half but i want to avoid gluing it as it's kind of a complicated piece. I've tried on both low and high quality settings with the same result. If anyone get this to print please let me know how.
