This is a donkey (mule) headpiece and hat. Kind of a fun and random accessory that should fit most 28mm miniatures' heads. It may be a loose fit but a little sticky tack should help with that.

There should be no need to rotate this model - just add the supports and then you're good.

I recommend using 0.08mm layer height on FDM to keep the details intact (0.08mm in the screenshot on the left and 0.2mm on the right). I haven't tried resin printing this but it should work with standard supports.
