OK, I know it's another mundane household item but seriously, this is what home manufacturing is going to be great for.
This is a door holder (you know it holds doors open for you and stops them from opening too far and hitting the walls)
Every door in my apartment has these and more than half are broken (thanks to the previous tenants)
