Dowel bracket customizable

A bracket to hold dowels. I use it to store filament spools.

This model is designed for 1" dowels.

There are two parts:
* Junction bracket: has a small ridge in the middle. Meant to join 2 rods on each side.
* Regular bracket: can slide to the middle of rods, or be at the end of a link.

STL, 3MF and step files are included.

In my case I used 1" x 4 feet dowels in 4 segments to cover ~16 feet. Estimated 64 spools capacity.
