The original file (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4096) was edited slightly by illuminarti but people were still having issues printing the wings because they were so thin.

I edited the model in meshmixer to increase the minimum thickness to 0.8mm, which allows the wings to print without issue. They also have a slightly altered texture which looks and feels somewhat like scales.

Print settings:

Supports required (tree supports highly recommended if you are using Cura).
Print with raft or brim as first layer is quite small.
Layer height 0.2 or lower.
If printing at less than 100% scale you may still have issues with the wings printing properly.
