drill press shelf casting pattern

this is a two part shelf pattern and a one part clamp pattern for a drill press vice to be cast in a foundry.

the idea for the two part pattern is to aid in pulling the pattern out of the sand mold since there is no pattern draft in the drill post area

There can then be no pattern draft on the drill press post area that would require machining.
