Drip catcher

The Drip catcher.

I find coolant dripping on my hands while attending to the parts very irritating. So I came up with this. I’ll gladly trade off the few seconds of a tool change for keeping my sanity! What do you guys think? Keep your hands and your parts nice and dry.

I aded this Gcode at the end of the cycle to automatically place the drip catcher under the coolant nuzzles

Designed for the Haas TM-1P but most probably fits on many other models. I included a step file and the Fusion 360 archive so you can easily remix it for your CNC model.
