In case you need a drumstick that can potentially stand a whole piece of music, here you go.
Insert an m6 threaded rod and some nuts, the whole contraption will stay together firmly.
If is appears, that the rod is making some weird clicking noise inside the tube, apply some hot glue, that works as a dampener.
