E-Steps Measuring Tool

THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS

I got tired of fighting with my Ender 3 to measure the filament to for esteps calibrations. Without finding a decent tool here, I opted to create a new one that should work universally. I haven't had an opportunity to actually print this yet, as my new printer hasn't shown up yet.

Feedback is appreciated, as are any makes. This is my first design I'm releasing publicly, but there should be more down the road.
