Rev 2019: holes are actually connected to the fan now, fan is much nearer(down) to the pipes
inspired by the Tusk Cooling Fans (see https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2445660) i've designed this cooling pipeline to be attached to a Titan Extruder (with 3 Screws on the Extruder).
On the Bottom 2 brass pipes (or aluminium like in the original tusk fan) are used to direct air flow directly to the hotend nozzle (or a bit below)
E3D hotend must be attached in a way for the pipes to have enough space.
supports are needed at the part that attaches to the FAN.
the fan connector is a bit bigger as i ordered these by mistake https://de.aliexpress.com/item/40mm-x-40mm-x-20mm-DC-12-v-2-Pin-B-rstenlosen-K-hlung-K-hler/32853891364.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.1f714c4d81iXDW
but it should be easy to change for the typical 3d printer fan.
next version will be with a small hose and a air pump.
rotate the Part before printing to be on the big flat face!
