Mask Ear Savers designed to hold/clip on the masks straps. They also flex somewhat equally so they are less prone to snap like others I've seen.

You can change the thickness with Z scale in the slicer depending on your PLA, if it is brittle make it slimmer, if it has good elasticity you can make it thicker and more durable I believe.
