I did the .3mf in PrusaSlicer for an Ender 3 V2, the print profile was for a 0.6mm nozzle, but there is no problem changing it for a 0.4mm nozzle. The fact that the model is quite slim (4mm for the STL, but change to 2mm for the .3mf) it is suggested to print it full.
