easy sequential shifter mod for Thrustmaster TH8A

Since I was tired of having to disassemble half of the shifter every time to switch from H-pattern to sequential mode, I developed a quick-swap sequential shifter mod for the TH8A. Knob off, plate on, knob on — done! The resistance can be easily adjusted to your preference using standard household rubber bands. The mod is held in position by 4×1.5 mm magnets on the screws, plus additional magnets in the shift lanes.
