I made an ebike using a rc motor (3kW) and a big printed wheel pulley composed of 8 segments. Advantage use only one stage for the transmission.

I use a VESC, I printed the battery case and the case to protect the VESC. Several connexion plates were also printed.

There is regenerative braking. The speed, power, battery charging state can be displayed on a smartphone via VESCTool app.
