This is my code for controlling the standard EezyBotArm Mk3 with a single joystick. I use the joystick switch to control functions with up, down, in and out (switch not pressed)and the second movements (switch pressed) for the left and right swivel and gripper open and shut. An LED shows which control level is in process. Light on OFF for up, down, in and out with LED ON for swivel and gripper.

This is using the standard stepper motor which is not modified. Initially I had the issue where the motors did not appear to have enough power.(others have reported this). I fixed this with code changes. Also set your Gripper opening as you see fit as these setting are for my build.
