Hello, Title: ELECTROPLATING UNIT VERY IMPORTANT NOTES: Wearing a mask, gloves and protective goggles is mandatory because of the vapors released. The change from 220v AC to 12v DC is provided by the microwave transformer and the bridge rectifier 50A; to this please be very careful when designing your model, or seek the advice of an electrician. (there is a risk of electroction) Do not forget especially the setting of the volt and the amperages per square centimeter for each solution see product manual EXPLANATION: Electrolysis is also the procedure of decomposing a substance supported by electricity. It is used for the export of pure metals as well as for plating GENERAL PRESENTATION: fig (A, B and figure 02) The electroplating unit ensures a very perfect coating like the appearance of copper, zinc, nikel, etc. The procedure is as follows: 01 WASHING, Solution: Water + detergent, degreaser. (Tank 01) 02 solutions: ACID HCL. (tank 02) 03 solutions: DISTILLED Rinsing WATER. (tank 03) 04 solutions: NICKEL CRYSTALE. (tank 04) 05 solutions: FIXATOR. (tank 05) 06 solutions: DISTILLED Rinsing WATER. (tank 06) 07 Drying. (mobile cart). TECHNICAL EXPLANATION: Electroplating consists in making a current flow between a metal electrode part (43) "the anode" and a second electrode called part "cathode" (37) to deposit a layer of metal on the latter; with this technique we can gild medals, give an aspect of copper or even a likeness to Nikel… etc. The part (44) is a protection. if the cable used is 2.5mm you need 5m, but preferably use a 6mm section to eliminate any risk of overheating. NOTE : Purchased solutions can be used thousands of times Do not forget the limit switches for each motor THANK YOU
