Eller's Maze Generation Algorithm

**NOT FULLY WORKING YET**

starting working on this as a response to a [post in the OpenSCAD group](http://www.thingiverse.com/groups/openscad/topic:2057) from [Dmelcer9](http://www.thingiverse.com/Dmelcer9)

this algorithm is pretty cool, each row of the maze only needs to know about the previous row and it will generate a perfect maze every time! (once the bugs are worked out :P )
