End Stop for smaller Spools

I use the Wanhao i3 Duplicator Upgrade Spool V3 Threaded End by BiohazardBoxmods but it is too long for my filament spools so I decides to make a stop end to adjust it.
The item is very tight so once in place it is quite difficult to get it out
