Ender 3 Hot End Light Diffuser

This is a light diffuser especially made for the Ender 3 / Ender 3 Pro printer with the Printermods "ULTIMATE LED LIGHTING KIT FOR 3D PRINTERS - HOT END + V-SLOT KIT"

I found that the kit provided LED lights for the hot end are about the same brightness as a million suns. The diffuser is provides a 1.5mm thick diffusion "lens" for the hot end LED strip provided in the kit above, or any equivalent. It attaches with a small clip that slides behind the hot end fan grille. There is enough clearance that it does not impact the fan blades. The clip is delicate, but I haven't broken one yet so it does its job.

I found this works best so far with white filament which provides a more appealing glow as seen in the photos. It's still a bit bright for my printer camera setup so I may provide updates as I iterate.

Print the model on its side as shown in the model view provided. You may want to use a brim to provide extra adhesion since the part is thin.
