I made this for the Ender 3 Max. Easy Print no supports needed. The max already has a nice base on top for the motor. So I made a bracket to covert to direct drive. I moved the stop sensor over to not hit side rails.
May also fit ender 3 and CR 10 series.

You will need
2 extra Z stop screws for bracket grove in front for electronics on bracket seen in pic
Extension for Stepper motor spinning stock way
Same extruder screws may work for you or longer might be needed
Change retraction 1.5 25 to start don't go higher then 1.5.
I use a Gulfcoast Robotics all metal hotend
