Ender 3 Z axis knob

This is a remix of 3 spoke extruder knob for ender 3. I modified as a Z-axis knob. Because it was giving me OCD to have two different knobs. no supports or raft needed. print with infill 60. it also uses less material and gives you a bit more clearance over the the top rail.
