I got the idea by improving the design of the maker "TwinA"(https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4011057).
I tried to achieve this by reducing the supports and strengthening the fixings. It also showed that the play between the PTFE tube and the filament switch is minimized.
Overall, the design is much stronger, which means that printing also takes longer.
The original bolts in the filamentsensor are replaced with longer bolts (M3x30) to hold the filament guide on the top side. On the bottom side the guide is mounted with 2 (M3x7) bolts and 2 M3 T-nuts or you can use 2 normal flat M3 nuts and print the T-nut design for it linked down in the list of materials.
List of materials:
Filamentswitch side of the guide:
2x m3 x 30 (allan key bolt)
2x m3 nut
2x m3 washer
Aluminium profile side of the guide:
2x m3 x 7 bolt
2x m3 T-nut OR (2x M3 flat nut AND printed part https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3050607)
PTFE tube: 262 mm long
Print time: 4 hou
