Ender-6 Conduit Clamp

Improved conduit clamps for the Creality Ender-6. The stock clamps will crush the conduit and the hot end clamp will cause the bowden tube to be misaligned.

The screw holes are counterbored to accept the stock screws, but may need to be opened up slightly with a drill.

Suggest rotating each part 90 degrees on the X axis so that the counterbore is on the build plate.
