A screw-in plug to put in an unused light socket, to keep fingers and bugs (and bulbs) out.
It SAVES ENERGY using the same principle as those plug-in Stop Watt "Power Saver" devices, i.e. it keeps you from plugging anything ELSE into the socket! Voila!
