Engineers Protractor - Angle Finder

- Fixed the protractor arm, so the center hole fits within the angle finder spindle.
- Removed the round protrusion to be able to measure shallow angles correctly.

Printed with a 0.2mm nozzle, 0.2mm walls, 0.1mm layer height. Black for layers until the degrees indentations start, then white for better visibility.

Step file included if you need to adjust tolerances. Currently 0.4m offset between the spindle and hole.
