Equal Space Divider

A friend of mine needed a contraption in order to draw stuff with an equal spacing between them, so I designed him this. It goes from a minimum of 24mm to a maximum of 86mm fully opened. In the photo I printed it with 6 opening points, but I designed it in order to be infinitely printed! You can add pieces and make it bigger, but the measure will always be precise!
To print it you will need to print:
For the external part:
- 2x BackPieceShort,
- 2x TopPieceShort,
and
- 1x MidPieceSlider
Now you already have a working print, but yeah it's useless with just one slider.
You'll need to print, in order to add one more slider:
1x MidPieceSlider,
1x BackPieceLong,
1x TopPieceLong.
Now you have a working print with 2 sliders. And now you just need to print other 3 of these to have 3 sliders, 4 sliders, and so on...
To secure it, you have to print the Pins, just count how many holes you have and print them! I designed them to have a tight fit, and mine haven't came off since when
