Escapement

This is a remix of thing:7051607. The main modification I made was to the fork profile to get the model running more reliably with no lubrication. It was a great little project for learning to use FreeCad's assembly workbench. As with the original model, I used 608 RS ball bearings. I added a basic pulley for testing with a weight (I was able to reliably run the escapement with a small D-schackle weighing 56g).
