eSpellbook

Another prop for my World of Warcraft Warlock setup: a spellbook.

Although not strictly necessary, or even directly Warcraft related. Cosplay, or more precisely LARP, requires you to know a whole set of rules and regulations. Spell casting characters like Warlock are also required to know a slew of spells on top of that. And so, fearing my poor little head can't possibly learn let alone retain such vast amounts of encyclopedic information, i thought a digital version of a spellbook may come in handy.
Obviously this also gives cause for some more techno-trickery to make onlookers go 'wow' (pun intended).
For this spellbook is not going to be just a book obviously. It will, but not be limited to, do the following:
- Display information on 2 screens, mimicking an actual book. I decided to venture into ePaper displays for this, both to make it seem more real and also because LARP is usually done outside. And we all know that sun and LCD displays don't play nice together.
