All credit to jacobgee_1205862 External power button for PC. I used a power switch pulled out of an old PC case which i think is quite common, can be bought from AliExpress etc.I joined the safety latch with a couple M3 screws and bolts, and printed the latch itself with fuzzy skin settings in the orientation shown in the photos. No support required on this piece you can bridge the gaps with sufficient cooling, i just used a brim for more surface area contact on the bed.Printed everything at 0.2mm layer height and used variable layer height at the rounded top of the latch down to 0.8.I used normal support around the button, blocked support in the small centre opening, and used ironing on the top surface of the button.
