Hi people, this is my favorite tool to calibrate the extrusion width of printers.
It's very basic but can inform on what's happening so I thought I should share !
One is printing right now as I'm typing :)
IMPORTANT :
- print 1 shell perimeter only, no infill, no support, nothing
- I recommend using vase mode to optimise trajectories
For best results, use the temperature and layer height you will be using for your real parts, and keep your filament consistently dry.
HOW TO USE IT :
Just fill in the excel spreadsheet I gave, thank me later ;)
Print each cube with the recommended extrusion width and thickness.
