Eyelet plug

After washing my winter jacket, the stuffing began escaping through the eyelets where the elastic cord used to run before it broke.The diamond-shaped fitting was designed to keep it tight against the eyelet hole by being slightly too big, however that also means it has to be printed from a flexible material such as TPU.The plug can easily be pulled out again before the next wash.The eyelet hole is approximately 6 mm in diameter and 2 mm deep. I printed it at an angle to remove the need for supports and to make it stronger by orienting the layer lines along the part of the plug that will experience the most stress.
