This Mask is not a medical device, It's not certified, print and use at your own risk.
You can find Online hundreds of different designs about face mask, created for dust or for covid-19 emergency. This is a sort of Resume of many different Ideas, Some of the most interesting functions are inherited by the Think3DDD COVR3D mask ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4301599 )
This Is a versatile mask designed to be easy to print, easy to sand and refine, and easy to clean. Furthermore It has some features that I think are useful for a mask, it has a front deflector to protect the filter and direct the flow breath downwards, It can use any kind of soft/fabric filter, it has a large filter area ( close to 30 cm2), can be completly disassembled to clean.
It's possible to scale and deform the full mask cause there are no threads, all the parts are put togheter by rubberbands.
this mask file in particular has been designed for a face 120mm top nose - under chin / 110 mm external l
