Face Shield

I created this face shield to respond to the lack of medical equipment in my region. This product is not approved by any medical institution. The time is too limited to have everything approved. At least, health care workers will be able to benefit from a protection oppose to nothing at all.

The face shield is made with PETG machined in my workshop. I drilled and rounded the sheets. It's possible to thermo form the PETG with a gun heater. In this way, there's no need to add another piece to the base of the face shield.

With my machine, the time is 48 minutes and I could reduce the time even more except that the model may lost it's quality look. Especially for the pins.
