Fascia Roll

Here I want to share two foot massage roller with you. Simply place the massage roller on the floor and roll your foot with or without socks over it, it is great!There are even two versions of each roll, one in one piece and a halved version. I prefered the halved version by the rough roller becaus there were more overhanging so the surface turned our perfect. The only disadvantage is that you will need a good glue. The one piece version is also testet but I had to grind and heat that one a bit to get the wanted surface.
