Fellow Ode Single Dose Hopper

I remixed this to make the funnel part larger as I was having issues with the beans jamming regularly on my Ode Gen 1. I also tweaked the dimensions so the lid fits better, and made the screw holes better match the screws the Ode comes with. There are two versions, for either Gen1 or Gen2 Ode (Gen1 has four identical screws holding down the hopper, Gen2 has two short two long.)
