fence post cap

This is a replacement for an aluminum 61x61x17 post cap for an aluminum railing at my house. Though I also include the [onshape design file](https://cad.onshape.com/documents/48dd249f4e61b414fc5d8a10/w/bbcfbf27d99cce24310cb2b6/e/aa2f85b828fde13ad0732f77) in case you want to customize it for a different size of post.
