This is a bit of a silly file… but it scratches an itch for me and may for you too! I built a 3D-printed stratocaster and used this file for the body: https://makerworld.com/en/models/919154-fender-stratocaster-vintage-1962?from=search#profileId-881020 I'm putting way too much work into the fit and finish of everything and while the file is pretty good, you will need to do some post-processing if you want a professional product. There is no way around printing with supports and these areas will need to be sanded. One that bothered me was the surface finish of the tremolo cavity. Since it uses supports, the surface finish was VERY rough and there really isn't an easy way to sand or fill this area to get a professional looking finish. I figured I would route out this area by ~1/8" deep and then drop in this insert to give a better finish. It's printed at 100% infill and can be epoxied or CA-glued in.
