The latest iteration of my prior design incorporates a locking mechanism that securely holds the rods within the bracket. Additionally, it offers the flexibility of utilizing screws for fastening your rods. The fasteners provided are 9.6mm in size, and for those using PVC pipes, adhesive bonding is a viable alternative. The apertures designed for the rods/pipes have a diameter of 20mm. These components can be printed horizontally or vertically without requiring additional support structures, allowing for the simultaneous production of 4-8 units. Presently, I am utilizing 80cm-length rods with a stack of 4 sets, demonstrating a load-bearing capacity of approximately 40kg with both PLA+ and PETG materials. A forthcoming update will include a wall bracket to enhance stability. Designed for versatility, this model serves either as a floor-standing or bench-mounted solution, depending on your specific requirements.
