The AC Infinity Inline Filter Box (6" version) is fantastic for a shop / garage air filter with one major flaw, many standard 12" x 20" x 1" filters are actually 11 ½" x 19 ½" x ¾", which means the filters flap and wiggle and move around inside the box when under airflow. This handy little shim will allow a standard filter to fit in the airbox without wiggle room and makes the filters easier to remove.
