First Layer test pattern and torture test

I designed this to test my Ender 3 printer as I was seeing some strange marks in the prints. The shape was made to print in a single line and you can use it as a visual guide to see if your print bed is level. It also proved very good at showing me my PEI surface was dirty in certain spots. You can adjust the wall lines in your slicer to make the test shorter or longer. Also if you just want to see the bed is level stop it before it starts to do the infill.
