Fishbone peg

This is an "easy to print" peg.

Design with “Creo Element Direct modeling express” and printed in PLA on my Prusa i3.

I made this peg for a 13mm diameter hole (use the scale factor to adapt it for another size)

It seems strong enough for my initial purpose (attach a light string) but I need to go forward and characterize how much it is really strong. Please, at this time, don’t use it for tying a children swing or a hammock...
This first try to design an easy to print peg made me want to go forward on the study of this subject (soon):
• Check and characterize the strength of this fixing system (depending on size of the peg, printing material, king of support,...)
• Test other printing materials: ABS, nylon, and why not in Filaflex (however I thing that soft materials will require a dedicated new design)
• Improvement of current model and design of other easy to print peg
