Fishing bite indicator

My brother-in-law is an avid carp fisherman. He asked me to modify the design of a bite indicator he had, because the one he had was too small and fiddley for him. This one is 15mm tall and 12mm in diameter. It is print in place with no supports. The clip around the center can be a little stubborn to spin at first, but shouldn't be too difficult to break it free.
