Fixed Minecraft chest

- Centre nodule of single chest now properly attached to lid
- Missing concave end on double chest lid present
- Additional gap between parts of hinges so they snap together more easily
- Separated latch from lid so that you can print without support. Glue on afterwards
- Separate STLs for all four parts so that they can be printed independently
