Flappy Ball

The Flappy Ball toy comes in two size, large and small. Place a ball in Flappy Ball and put your fingers on the two flaps. Then rock Flappy Ball back and forth and get the ball rolling as fast and as long as possible on the inner cylinder.

The small Flappy Ball accommodates a ball bearing or marble, and the large Flappy Ball accommodates a ball bearing, a marble, or a ping pong ball.

This toy is a cool demonstration of a rocking motion around the z axis resulting in the ball rolling around the y axis.
