FlatMountFullGraphicSmartControllerCase2

I always liked the look of Greg Frost's Flat Mount Full Graphic Smart Controller Case, plus I have been trying to learn some OpenSCAD by studying other people's code. Since Greg pointed out some design issues and I found some others, it seemed like the perfect opportunity to try making a remix.

Like Greg, I also have included the STL from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:302196 as it is still the basis for the case design.

I removed the pillars that connected the end caps together and updated the design so that the end caps click on rather than screw together. Additionally, I modified the left endcap to make it easier to grip the SD-Card.

Some code reordering plus addition of instructions was also done. I tried to leave as much of the original code in place as possible, but I am pretty new to OpenSCAD and sometimes found myself overwriting instead of commenting-out.
